Are you based in the USA?

  •   All products are printed, and shipped, from within the United States!
 

ORDERING

  • Do you ship Internationally?   Not at this time.
    • Can I add my own image or text to a product?  YES!  We have a selection of items that can be personalized.  All of them have a CUSTOMIZE button in the top left hand corner of the icon image.  There are certain limitations on designing your own.  Image resolution MUST BE at least 150 dpi.  Not all cameras/cell phones provide images sufficient for producing all products.  We will email you a "proof" image, which you must approve before we print.  You can also download the image you created.  See our page on CUSTOMIZE YOUR OWN for detailed instructions and limitations.
     

    SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT

    • What are your shipping methods?   We use standard shipping which takes 5 - 12 business days once your order has been shipped. (we often see shipping times go much quicker, but it's best to expect the 5-12 day window so that you can plan to order in plenty of time)
    • Do you offer expedited shipping?   Not at this time.  Only standard shipping is offered at this time.
    • How long does it take to receive products?  Individual products will give you the best estimate for production time.  Then another 5-12 business days for Shipping.
    • Do you accept rush orders?   We can process SOME items on a "rush" basis.  Please use our CONTACT US form, or email us at              carol@luv-paw-ever.com.  We cannot rush any products during holiday times, sorry.

    SHIPPING CHARGES:

    • Shipping is FREE. 

     CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

    • How do I change or cancel my order?  You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and/or shipped.  We are quick on our end, so if you need to cancel, please let us know quickly! If the order has been processed and/or shipped, we CANNOT cancel the order.
    • What is your refund and/or exchange policy?  All sales are FINAL. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge.  Approved returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
    • At the time you place an order, you will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item's size, design, etc. 
      • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized items, unless the error was on our part. 
        • Please ensure that the personalization details you provide are correct.  
      • In the event that you purchase the wrong apparel size, we can exchange the product for a different size (does NOT apply to personalized items).  We do ask that you refer to our sizing charts before ordering. 
      •  We're happy to assist you, so please contact us with any questions you might have before you purchase.

    COUNTERFEIT WARNING 

    • Due to the nature of the internet, many of our original designs are counterfeited by other sites. 
    • Our designs are sold exclusively through this website.
    • Please beware that counterfeits will be poor quality, such as pixelated and blurry.  The business of counterfeiting images uses LOW QUALITY images, on low quality products, with low quality printing techniques.  We are not responsible, in any manner, for their products. 
    • We use HIGH QUALITY production methods, within the US.  We begin with high quality, original, images, sublimated onto high quality products.
    • PLEASE let us know any questions or comments you may have concerning our products.  We want to know your thoughts.
